HOW TO ORDER
Online ordering is coming soon, so if you find the part you are looking for on our website you can send an enquiry directly from the product page, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and you can also call 03 9350 5500 to place an order over the phone with us.
We arrange for orders to be delivered by courier services and Australia Post. Delivery options depend on the type of product ordered, the dimensions and weight of the package and the delivery location. We will provide an estimate of the freight costs charged by the relevant delivery service before processing the payment for your order.
SAME DAY DISPATCH
Orders placed before 12.00pm (AEST) on Monday to Friday will be booked for same day dispatch for delivery by courier or Australia Post (with the exception of orders that require additional time to process, for products that require assembly, and for orders which are delivered by a third-party stockist).
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria and so we follow any Victorian public holidays.
An estimated time of delivery will be provided at the time of order.
Orders requiring urgent delivery must be received by 11.00am AEST. Additional charges may apply for priority delivery via courier. Please contact Sprint Gas customer service for further details.
SAME DAY PICK-UP
Orders requiring same day pick-up will be picked and packed ready for collection within 2hrs of placing the order. Please contact Sprint Gas customer service for further details.
DROP SHIPMENT ORDERS
Drop shipment orders are available and may incur a minimum handling fee which will be quoted at that time. Please contact Sprint Gas customer service for further details.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed and is ready for delivery, you will receive your sales invoice by email which includes tracking details and a link for either Australia Post or the courier service used.
